Are your controls touchy or jerky? Are you an experienced operator who wants to fine-tune or tighten up your connection to the pilot controls on your machine?
Our GEN2 Spring Kit exerts controlled tension on the Joystick, facilitating more accurate control over different hydraulic functions such as lifting, lowering, and tilting equipment attachments. By optimizing the feel in the sticks, this kit enhances the responsiveness and efficiency of joystick movement, ultimately improving the performance and productivity of your equipment.
Like our GEN1 kits, our Pilot Control Mod Kits were designed by a custom spring manufacturer, specifically for an AGT KU18e machine, to provide steady resistance in the controls, improving feel, dampen bounce-back and to help many equipment owners smooth out operation of their machines.
NO CUTTING REQUIRED. NO CUTTING REQUIRED. Installation is plug-and-play and requires no special tools. Loosen/lift the joystick boot, tilt the joystick all the way over, slip on the piston protection insert, snap on the spring, rinse and repeat on all eight (8) pilot pistons. Entire installation video can be viewed HERE. A demonstration of how to install inserts and springs onto pistons can be viewed HERE.
Our custom SP66 GEN2 Kits include a total of eight (8) springs AND eight (8) piston protection inserts per kit.
UNIVERSAL FIT - Our SP66 GEN2 Kit will fit all remote-actuated "pilot control" machines and is ideal for new and experienced operators alike. Check spring mod compatibility with your machines HERE,
WARNING: The Spring Pilot mod kits are designed for remote-actuated (joystick) pilot controls ONLY. The kits will not work on Direct-Actuated / Forward Control machines.
