Our SP55 GEN1 Kit exerts controlled tension on the joysticks, facilitating more accurate control over different hydraulic functions such as lifting, lowering, and tilting equipment attachments. By optimizing the feel in the sticks, this kit enhances the responsiveness and efficiency of joystick movement, ultimately improving the performance and productivity of your equipment.
Our Pilot Control Mod Kits are designed and coiled by a custom spring manufacturer in the USA, specifically for an AGT KU-18e machine, to provide steady resistance in the controls, improving feel, dampening bounce-back and helping many equipment owners smooth out operation of their machines. Comfort - Connection - Feel!!
NO CUTTING REQUIRED. Installation is plug-and-play and requires no special tools. We recommend application of a non-petroleum based grease (e.g. o-ring silicone grease, molykote, etc) to the pistons during install. IMPORTANT: Petroleum-based lubricants damage the seals in your pilot control valve.

BEST FIT - With few exceptions, the SP55 GEN1 kit will fit all remote-actuated (joystick) pilot control machines and is ideal for new operators learning their machines and/or experienced operators looking to fine-tune their controls.
NON-COMPATIBLE "PILOT CONTROL" MACHINES: Rippa R10 Eco
WARNING: The Spring Pilot mod kits are designed for remote-actuated (joystick) pilot controls ONLY. The kits will not work on Direct-Actuated / Forward Control machines. Some machines may have joysticks positioned up by the armrests and still be "Direct-Actuated" (e.g. Rippa R-10 ECO). To ensure compatibility, the controls should be confirmed via inspection under the joystick boot. Please verify compatibility before ordering your kit or contact us.

Gen1 kit installed easily and felt the difference right away. I haven't had time to really run machine since. I will update again soon. TPM16
I installed the spring kit and it made a huge difference in operating my mini trackhoe.
Purchased spring kit for TPM-16 and was night and day comparison between before and after installation. Highly recommend spending the little money it is on this kit makes operation so much smoother.
